a new project European Integration Training Programmes for Public
Administration in Ukraine (EUINTP) to create training programmes in
European Integration to upgrade the qualifications of middle and lower
levels of the Ukrainian civil servants (categories IV-VII). Participants
in this project performed their launch conference in Kyiv on November
3 and 4 at the National Academy of Public Administration, a key participant
on the Ukrainian side. |

After defence students were awarded by certificates about successful distance learning course program completion. |

Health Outcomes and the Poor – Distance Learning Course The World Bank Institute started on October 12, 2004.
A multidisciplinary group of professionals in the World Bank, which included Public Health Specialists, Nutritionists, Physicians, and Health Economics, developed this course. Moreover, the team of authors received valuable comments from colleagues at the World Bank and from development partners at WHO and UNICEF.
