Background and Objectives

  • Form knowledge and skills in usage of modern project approach to cope with question of public process development at different levels ;
  • Orient public process to succeed in final results gain time and funds;
  • Master methodology of project management as new progressive tooling in management sphere.

Program Content

Introduction.

Part 1. Project Management fundamentals. (Projects and Project management, Projects performance, Project-oriented management, Systemic approach and integration, Project environment, Project phase and life cycle, Project development and evaluation, Project objective and strategy, Criteria of projects ups and downs, Project beginning, Project closing).

Part 2. Project management models and methods. (Project structures, Project content and plan, Time management, Recourses, Project price and financing, Change and configuration, Project risks, Project performance evaluation, Project monitoring, Project information, documents and reports).

Part 3. Organization and technology of Project Management. (Project organization, Team work, Leadership, Communication, Conflicts and crises,Purchase and contracts, Quality in Projects, Informational technologies in Project Management).

Final test (Individual Project defend).

Teaching Period: 90 Acad. hours
